✅ A 15 minute phone call with me during which I will create a complete program for you. (First 10 minutes will be dedicated towards discussion and last 5 minutes for program writing).

✅Program will include all the information regarding compound/salt names, best companies, dosages (in mg), schedule, precautions etc. along with general advise.

✅ Bulking, cutting, lean gain all kind of programs can be designed.

✅ Program will include information about oral and/or injectable compounds; whatever you prefer or is best for you.

✅ Programs are most effective; when they are updated regularly; therefore I only create/advise programs to be of four weeks in duration.
