Cancellation and Refund Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders immediately, after receiving payment confirmation. So in case you have to cancel the order kindly do so within 3 hours of making the payment.

Cash On Delivery Order Rejection

When a Cash On Delivery order gets cancelled by the customer; we have to pay the return postage charges and bear the cost of possible damage to the parcel as well; therefore in case you cancel the COD order; we will not be able to refund the advance Cash On Delivery fees.

Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of the goods (health care) we are unable to accept returns and urge you to also not accept any deliveries in case the parcel/package seems to be tampered with.

Any tampered/damaged parcel that is not delivered and fully paid for will have its cost refunded to the customer within 72 hours upon receiving the parcel back.
