Refunds & Cancellations

Understand our policies on cancellations and refunds to ensure a smooth experience with us.

We aim to dispatch all orders within a day of receiving payment confirmation. But being a family run business are limited with time therefore unable to process cancellations.

Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of the goods (health care) we are unable to accept returns and urge you to also not accept any deliveries in case the parcel/package seems to be tampered with.

All returned parcels/orders will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving the payment back from our delivery partner.
