First of all, I believe that it's completely possible to get in good shape by doing weight loss exercises at home; short but effective workouts from the convenience of your home🏠.
I'll share 3 of my favourite tips from my journey to make it easier for you!
✅Tip No. 1: Start with just 3-4 workouts a week and gradually build a habit of working out. As you see progress in your physique you will automatically increase the frequency. (Taking regular pictures in the same location, lighting, posture will help track progress).
✅Tip No. 2: Simple exercises like planks, pushups, bodyweight squats, shoulder presses etc. will provide great results in the beginning as the body isn’t used to the training/ physical stimulus in the beginning.
✅Tip No. 3: Try and do your workouts in the morning☀️; either before breakfast or after a small meal. By doing this you will build momentum towards having a productive day and also are likely to have the best workouts as you will have a fresh mind and body around this time.
✅Bonus tip: Music of fast paced nature (without much lyrics will give added motivation/drive during workouts).
